4. COD Orders
BUYSTANDARD currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
When placing a COD order, you agree to provide a valid name, mobile number, and complete delivery address.
You agree to accept the order you have placed when it is delivered.
We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm certain COD orders before dispatch.
5. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery is generally 5–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, remote locations, incorrect address information, or circumstances beyond our control.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries, customers should retain the packaging and provide the required parcel-opening video where applicable.

9. Misuse & Fraud
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse orders where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of COD services, repeated intentional refusal of orders, or misuse of our services.
